Most travelers from some countries recieve visas on entry. Single entry visas for 30 days cost 30 USD. An East African Tourist Visa costs $100 USD and grants you multiple entry access to Rwanda, Kenya and Uganda. Dont drink tap water. Malaria is a concern though not common in the cities, so ask your doctor before coming if you need an antimalarial medication while here. Bring the medication you will need while here.
